Special Event — Hero Day and Open House at the Northeast Regional Center

Join us for Hero Day at the Northeast Regional Center of the College as we celebrate our Veterans and First Responders throughout the city. The day will include presentations on College programs and admissions, information tables including the police and fire departments, veteran resources and the College’s Returning to Learning (City Worker Tuition Discount) Program. 

We’ll open with an honor guard ceremony and weather permitting, a flag raising ceremony.

Everyone invited! Refreshments, plenty of free parking, and give-aways.

Welcome Center, Pavilion Building, Room P1- 05Can’t wait for an open house? Please visit the Main Campus Welcome Center in our new Pavilion Building, located on 17th Street between Spring Garden and Callowhill streets:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday (late August through early May): 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Summer hours are 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Closed Fridays.

Weekly Information Tours

Campus information tours are available on a walk-in basis at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Main Campus Welcome Center and on Tuesdays at 4 pm at the Northeast Regional Center. While walk-ins are welcome, a reservation is appreciated, so we can better prepare for your visit.  To reserve your space on a tour, please click here.

Your visit will include an information session with an admission representative and a general campus tour.  A visit to classes in session is not offered.  As a community college, with a primary mission of serving the residents of Philadelphia, we are a commuter school and do not have student housing or dormitories.

If you are bringing a group of six or more, please email us or call 215-751-8799 to arrange a custom tour for your group. Please provide as much information as possible about your group and desired dates and times.
