CCP and Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School Announce "100 Steps" Dual Enrollment Program

Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) and John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School announced a new dual enrollment program, titled “100 Steps,” on May 9.  Set to commence for the 2019-2020 school year and named for the 100 steps it takes to travel from one campus to the other, the program provides the opportunity for the students to concurrently take classes at Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School and college-level courses in the Buisness or Health program at CCP. Upon successful completion of the program, students will attain a high school diploma and respective associate degree. “The regional workforce benefits as the city increases the percentage of college-educated workers,” CCP president, Dr. Guy Generals, said at the announcement. “This is an important partnership for us and this city.”
