RADNOR, Pa. (Sept. 29, 2016) — Cabrini University has partnered with Community College of Philadelphia to offer students a convenient path to a bachelor’s degree from Cabrini.

Through the partnership, students have the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership by taking Cabrini courses at the College’s Main Campus as well as online. Cabrini’s customized degree completion program allows students to select an academic focus area, including accounting, management, communication, criminology, English, history, psychology, or sociology.

“This partnership provides a natural next step for students to advance their degree at a location and in a format that works best for them,” said Jeff Gingerich, PhD, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. “Cabrini offers a customized program to alleviate barriers so that each student can focus on success.”

As the only four-year degree program on Community College of Philadelphia’s campus, Cabrini’s Bachelor of Arts in Leadership extends an already transfer-friendly relationship that the two schools have in place.

"With our broad student supports and clear pathways, we are able to expand the College's core mission of access and opportunity," said Dr. Donald Guy Generals, president of Community College of Philadelphia. “We value this new partnership with Cabrini, which offers convenience and a road map to students who want to make a difference in this community and the world."

Cabrini’s Bachelor of Arts in Leadership provides students the opportunity to elevate their leadership and problem-solving abilities while building communication, technology, and teamwork skills.
