Braised, Baked & Roasted Cooking Techniques

 

Nothing celebrates fall better than a Dutch-oven filled with flavorful meat and autumnal vegetables. This demonstration workshop will include preparation of a gourmet meal, effortlessly, using three cooking techniques: braising, baking and roasting. You will learn how to prepare three simple, tasty recipes using the three cooking techniques.
