Facility Management

Maintaining Facilities at Optimal States

Our Facility Management program will teach you about the sophistication and intricacy of modern building complexes, grounds and systems. You will learn about finance, real estate, planning, design, construction and operations of buildings, in addition to having the knowledge you need to work in various settings, including health care systems, colleges and universities, pharmaceutical research companies, and government and civic institutions. The College’s program offers you two specialization options: the Construction option focuses on building systems, construction processes, operational issues and complex challenges that occur during building construction; the Design option focuses on the design of buildings, new or renovated, as a means to create a positive image and enhance employee effectiveness and satisfaction. In this option, you will take courses in architecture, design, drawing and presentation.
