Course Syllabi

Community College of Philadelphia uses a system called Concourse that lets you search for the syllabi of all courses offered by the College: On-Campus courses, Online courses, and Hybrid courses. The syllabus for every course explains exactly what type of course it is.

When you click on this Concourse link, you can search for course syllabi by typing Keyword(s) (for example, Math 161 or Public Speaking) and clicking on Search. You can also click on +Advanced at the top of the Concourse screen to search by:

  • Course Title
  • Subject
  • Number
  • Campus
  • Department

… and more.

NOTE: There are several types of Online courses and Hybrid courses. Each type is identified by a 5-letter code in the course name (ONLAS, ONLSY, ONLAO, ONLSO, HYBAS, and HYBSY). These codes are explained below. If the course name DOES NOT contain one of the 5-letter codes, it is an On-Campus course.
