How to Register & Refund Policy

It’s easy to register for noncredit classes! Choose the registration method that works the best for you.  To reserve your seat, we recommend that you register at least two weeks before the start of a workshop.

Walk-in
Register in person at Community College of Philadelphia at the Main Campus in the Center for Business and Industry, room C1-09, located at 18th and Callowhill Streets, Philadelphia, PA.

Online
Internet Explorer version 9 or later is the required browser for the online registration system. In addition, please disable the pop-up blocker to access the payment processing system. You may process your registration on either a laptop or desktop computer. Currently, the registration system is not compatible with mobile devices or tablets.

To access the online registration system, select the professional development workshop that you are interested in registering for from the workshop list and select the register button. Add the selected workshop to your shopping cart and new students should proceed with the prompts for creating a new user account. Returning students can enter their login credentials or select the option for “Forgot my Password” to retrieve their information. When registering online you may pay by credit card or electronic check.

Payments made by credit/debit card will be assessed a 2.75% service fee (4.25% for international cardholders). Credit/debit card payments are assessed the same service charge. To avoid this fee, you may pay by cash, check, money order or online via the E-Check option, entering your checking account and routing numbers.

If you are having difficulty with the online registration system, contact the helpdesk at 215-496-6000, Option #2.

By mail
Download a registration form, include the necessary payment and mail to the address indicated on the form.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration for all noncredit workshops.

Class cancellation
The College reserves the right to cancel a course when registrations are fewer than the minimum required. When the College cancels a course, your class tuition is refunded in full. (Note: If you paid for the course by credit card, the  credit card service fee is non-refundable.) The College also reserves the right to change time and/or instructors.

Noncredit refund policy
Refunds for noncredit workshops will be granted if the class is canceled or if the student withdraws no later than the day before the first class meeting.
