Increasing your Personal Influence with Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence is one of the most important skillsets for success in the workplace. It has become increasingly recognized as an indicator of outstanding performance and is recognized as essential to successful leadership, team, and individual performance. Through discussion and experiential exercises, you will learn about the components of the EQ-i emotional intelligence model and how it can assist and increase your personal influence with an impact on leadership and team effectiveness. You will practice self-assessment and self-management techniques and strategies focused on communicating with others in an emotionally intelligent way.
