Emotional Intelligence is one of the most important skillsets for success in the workplace. Through discussion and experiential exercises, you will learn about the components of the EQ-i emotional intelligence model and how it can assist and increase your personal influence with an impact on leadership and team effectiveness. You will practice self-assessment and self-management techniques and strategies focused on communicating with others in an emotionally intelligent way.
