This program focuses on the changing office environment, building critical communication skills, polishing key financial skills, managing work/life balance, and planning a career path. Essential soft skills are covered including customer satisfaction, ethics, working with information systems and managing telephones. Learn the skills you will need to be a productive and successful office manager. Program design is based on standards established by the Accounting Training Unlimited (ATU) for the nationally recognized Certified Office Manager (COM) exam. ATU’s Certified Office Manager credential will assure employers of your office management knowledge and skill. (Exam fee not included in the cost of this program.)
