Three Ways to Order Your Transcripts
Online
Order your transcript online! Get your transcript in electronic PDF format within a half hour. This new value added service is available 24/7 and is provided by National Student Clearinghouse over a secured Internet site on behalf of Community College of Philadelphia. You will need a valid major credit card to complete the transaction.
In-Person Transcript Requests
Available at Main Campus only, complete Transcript Request Forms and payment must be made to the Student Tuition Services Office (money orders or checks). Please note that picture identification is required. Transcript requests will be processed daily and mailed or made available for pick-up the next business day at noon.
