Surviving and Thriving in College: Diverse Women Students Speak Out

How are ethnic minority and women students supported on campus? Knowing what they need to survive and thrive would help answer this question. During this dialogue, a diverse group of women students will speak about their experiences and focus on challenges that affect their level of success, even the survival of ethnic minority and women students enrolled at Community College of Philadelphia. Through the discussion, participants will examine the impact of those challenges and identify strategies that will help women students persist academically.
