Student Programming Board

Focused on meeting students’ needs in a holistic manner, the Student Programming Board (SPB) is made up of students who create student-oriented programs in these four main areas:

Arts and Entertainment

Events focus on and enhance students’ appreciation of the arts and provide various entertainment programs.

Traditions and Spirit

Events developed by the SPB and the Athletic Department establish new and continue traditional programs that focus on and enhance students’ physical, emotional and social well-being and promote school spirit. These include Welcome Week events, Spring Fling, annual Spirit Week with the crowning of a King and Queen, and various other events such as those supporting and promoting our athletic teams.

Health and Wellness

Events focus on and enhance students’ understanding of their personal health.

 

Cultural and Heritage

Events focus on and enhance students’ understanding of various cultural and heritage celebrations.
