The College is currently closed while Philadelphia remains in the restricted green phase of reopening. Courses for the Fall and Spring term will be held online while admissions, and student services and support are available remotely. You can take the first step now and apply online today or email admissions at admissions@ccp.edu if you have questions.

Fashion Merchandising and Marketing – Bigger Than You Think

Everything we use today, your phone, your clothes, even your toothbrush, goes through the merchandising product cycle, which develops how it’s made, product aesthetics, packaging, logistics all the way to how and where it is ultimately sold. Join us for a conversation about the Fashion Merchandising and Marketing program at Community College of Philadelphia. We’ll cover core curriculum and career options in a variety of industries that can spring from this program such as: Retail Management and Buying, Fashion Product Promotion, Merchandising Technologies, Marketing, Fashion Promotion and Special Events, Social Media Marketing, Omni-channel Retail, and many more. Adult Student Information Night

Virtual Ask Admissions and Financial Aid Sessions

Join us for Ask Admissions and Financial Aid, a Zoom event designed for new students who have applied to a degree or certificate program and who have not enrolled in the College yet. Join us on Zoom for answers to your questions about how to get started, your next steps, financial aid, programs, services, and how to enroll. You will be able to speak briefly with an Admission Representative or Financial Aid Representative when you join the session.

You must register to participate; the evening prior to the event you will receive the login information.  Make sure you have downloaded Zoom and have your audio working properly when you join the session.  You will come into a waiting room before being connected to a breakout room for an individual session - please be patient as there could be some wait time depending on volume. 

You can join or leave the session anytime within the posted time on your computer, tablet, laptop, or phone. A Spanish-speaking representative will be available.

New Student Registration Tutorial Zoom

This event is only for students who have never attended college before, have satisfied placement, have been accepted and received their educational plan from Advising and are ready to register. Hosted by College staff, they will share an instructional video to help you register yourself for your first set of classes at the College once you receive your educational plan. You must RSVP for the date and time you choose by the RSVP deadline to receive the link; space in each session is limited.

Before you attend this event, you will need to complete the New Student Advising Intake form.  After you submit this form, an email will be sent to your MyCCP email account with your educational plan listing the courses you should register for based on your placement. Depending on volume, it may take more than a week to receive this follow up.

Please Note: If you have general admission or financial aid questions, you should register for an Ask Admissions & Financial Aid event as they will not be covered in this event.

Visit the Welcome Center

Questions about the admission process or need help applying?  Please visit the Main Campus Welcome Center in the Pavilion Building, located on 17th Street between Spring Garden and Callowhill streets: Monday through Thursday - 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Weekly Information Tours

Tours will not be available until the College fully re-opens.

Main Campus Tours
Information tours are available at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on most Tuesdays at the Main Campus Welcome Center. Please check the current schedule and reserve your space. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are appreciated so we can notify you of any schedule changes. Your visit will include an information session with an admission representative and a general campus tour.

Regional Center Tours
Tours at our Northeast, Northwest and West Regional Centers are available by request (see contact information under the designated regional center below).

Group Tours
If you plan to bring more than four guests, please arrange a group tour by contacting the College recruiter assigned to your school or group. If you do not have an assigned recruiter, please contact Diane Kae. Please provide as much information as possible, including school/organization name and address, your name, title and phone number, number of people in the group, age or grade level, a brief description of the group, and desired dates and times. Our Admissions staff will contact you to arrange your group tour.
