The Octavius Catto Scholarship was launched in the spring 2021 semester, when the world was still in the midst of a global pandemic. "Tiffany Spraggins spent over a decade with the Enterprise Center in Philadelphia, including five years leading its U.S. Department of Transportation Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization program in the Mid-Atlantic... Launched in 2017, [Power Up Your Business] provides small business owners with tools to grow their companies.
