Order Your Transcripts Online

Get your transcript in electronic PDF format within a half hour. This new value added service is available 24/7, and is provided by Parchment over a secured Internet site on behalf of Community College of Philadelphia. You will need a valid major credit card to complete the transaction.

**Note: Due to system updates, the transcript ordering system will be down Monday, April 7, and Tuesday, April, 8. We will begin taking new orders on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

You will be notified via email or letter if an order cannot be processed because of an institutional hold. As of July 1, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education (ED) prohibits most transcript withholding for students who receive federal financial aid. To align with regulations, Community College of Philadelphia will no longer prevent students with outstanding balances from receiving their transcripts, however, please try to resolve your financial obligation with the College.
