Student Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Resources

This page is dedicated to supporting our college community in times of crisis. If you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with thoughts of self-harm, or worried about a friend, know that you're not alone.

Here are resources to help you navigate through difficult times—whether you need immediate support, ongoing counseling, or want to learn how to support someone else. Our goal is to ensure that every student knows where to turn for help, both on and off campus. Remember, reaching out is a sign of strength, and we're here to guide you to the support you deserve.

If you are a staff or faculty member that would like to refer a student for on-campus services, please visit the Behavioral Intervention Team webpage.

Dial 988 if you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or struggling with thoughts of suicide.
